Technology transfer is the process of transferring or disseminating technology from the place of its origination to a wider distribution in society. Through exchange, knowledge and technology can be utilised by others.
Technology transfer at AWI encompasses the actvities of identifying and utilisation of inventions, innovations and know-how from AWI. Additionally, external (industry) contracts and co-operations are realised and spin-offs are supported by the technology transfer office.
