Guest Research and Courses Sylt
The AWI Wadden Sea Station at Sylt offers
- facilities and infrastucture for individual guest research stays and
- university courses/excursions.
Besides a state-of-the art course room fully equipped with 16 workplaces including microscopes and modern media technology, a library and a wet lab with aquaria and a flow-through seawater system are on hand. Furthermore the Research Vessel MYA II can be used for research cruises. Accomodation during a stay is possible in our guesthouses.
The station has direct access to the different Wadden Sea habitats. Equipment for field studies and field sampling is available.
