Experimental Work

Our current work comprises studies on the morphogenesis of diatoms, capture of 3D models of cultures to expand our database as well as experiments on ecology and possibilities of cultivation und upscaling of benthic diatoms from the Wadden Sea.
The endeavours are supported by our 3D-prototyping workshop by designing and developing new techniques and tools.
