The AWI North Sea Office pools the comprehensive AWI coastal environmental research and makes the gained knowledge available for the public, stakeholders and decision-makers. In strong cooperation with environmental authorities and nature conservation organizations, the AWI North Sea office develops new research strategies in order to demonstrate the current ecological quality status and developments in the North Sea.
